The Safety Sub-Division is responsible for the safety of the entire team.
Team members are required to take safety qualification exams to be
certified to use mechanical tools. All team members sign safety
contracts to ensure they are following cautious procedures on the
team.
These operations are all part of the Safety Sub-Division's role to
keep the team safe while working. This Sub-Division is also responsible for maintaining the first aid kits and has safety updates every week to remind the team of safe practices as well as point out safety violations and how to improve in the
following weeks. Finally, Safety helps keep the chaotic
environment at competitions controlled and makes sure everyone is safe
during the events, in the stands and in the pit.
